HOW DO YOU SIGN UP FOR A MERCHANT ACCOUNT?
Simply download the FaizPay App from The App Store or Google Play Store and follow the in-app signup process. Start by creating a new account with your email address, then fill in your business details.
HOW DO I TAKE PAYMENTS?
You can request a payment via the FaizPay Merchant app. Once you are logged in, click on the ‘Terminal’ tab and type in the payment amount and click on the ‘Request payment’ button. A payer will be able to accept a payment on their mobile via the FaizPay App.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO TAKE PAYMENTS VIA FAIZPAY?
Our subscriptions are tiered. The FaizPay transaction fee is 0.3%. If you’d like to offer cashback to attract new customers, up to 1% of the transaction value will be added to the fee.
