Job Description

Set up in December 2019, FaizPay is a well-funded startup in fintech and payments. FaizPay powers up seamless access to Open Banking.FaizPay offers Open Banking payments for online, e-commerce and in-store transactions. 

We are looking for our first New Business Sale Manager. So if you are a go-getter who would like to embark on the journey with a relatively new business; then we would love to have a chat with you. 

As a New Business Sale Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for driving new revenue growth;
  • Have the opportunity to build and manage your own sales pipeline;
  • Be able to pick up a phone and do lots of cold calling; 
  • Leverage your industry knowledge and network to develop relationships with strategic clients;
  • Represent FaizPay at industry events, networking with potential customers and exploring new opportunities for us to generate new business;
  • Collaborate with CEO to build pipeline and optimise conversion of prospects;
  • Understand the needs and concerns of prospective clients, and trends in their industries;
  • Use data to accurately, measure and report sales KPIs;
  • Constantly innovate ways to drive the performance of the Sales Team.


  • Have 3+ years of experience in a commercial role, with a demonstrable record of success in a FinTech, SaaS or Payments company;
  • Have a strong interest in OpenBanking, PSD2, payments and data;
  • Have outstanding communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Are technically curious, and love understanding clients’ products and businesses;
  • Are a go-getter – persistence and grit are key to success in this role 
  • Can work under pressure in a fast-paced company;
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English,
